A fresh, vibrant interplay of bitter, grassy, and sparkling tones. The balance between bitterness, citrus brightness, and floral spice feels elegant and layered. On the palate, it reveals a subtle tension between lightness and depth, remaining pleasantly natural and harmonious.
A harmonious, fruity-sweet lychee note forms the base of this flavour, lending it a pleasantly exotic character. A subtle, slightly bitter nuance adds balance and depth. The profile is completed by an elegant, spicy rose note that gives the overall experience a refined, perfumed touch.
This flavour delivers a truly green grassy tea character that is fresh and vibrant without drifting into smoky or bergamot heavy Earl Grey. Gentle floral and fruity notes add a delicate complexity while a light bitterness provides an authentic tea like finish.
A sophisticated flavor composition that combines the natural sweetness of honey with the earthy, spicy depth of a robust red wine. The sweetness is rich yet refined, carried by subtle warm spice notes. As it develops, it reveals a harmonious balance between sweet body, dry fruitiness, and gentle earthy undertones. An elegant and layered profile reminiscent of aged red wine with a touch of honey refined, rounded, and expressive.
This creation delivers an authentic mango that is juicy and fruity sweet rather than creamy. The jasmine note clearly dominates the profile yet harmonises beautifully with the mango. A well balanced mix and by now one of my absolute favourite Bonche flavours.
This profile is driven by a dominant jasmine note that is immediately present. The tea component is reminiscent of a fresh, light green tea and gives the taste a delicate and elegant base. The result is a harmonious, floral profile that feels pleasantly smooth.
A sweet, slightly tangy peach meets a bright green tea base. The aroma is dominated by the tea, while the flavor reveals a bitterness that feels somewhat unbalanced. The peach adds a bit of balance and softens the bitterness slightly, but overall, the tea overpowers the entire flavor profile. Definitely could have been done better.
