I avoided these type of flavors for some time now. I recently smoked another flavor and it clicked. I ordered a small container of Bonche Salami and mixed it with Sorrel, Blue Cheese and Pineapple. What an odd, eccentric and wonderful experience. I understand why this flavor exists and its delicious.
