This is a sweet and light pineapple. The flavor is potent but not overpowering. I think this leans a bit into pineapple candy. It is sweet and even juicy. I did not think it is very sour or has an acidic nature to it. It does wonderful in mixes but does well in solo when looking for a mellow session.
